Our Mission
The Dearborn County Historical Society is the sole repository of historical materials pertaining to all people in all times of Dearborn County's past.
What We Do
We collect, preserve, and share the history of Dearborn County, Indiana. Our archives hold the photographs, documents, and artifacts of the county's people and places, and we welcome researchers, families tracing their roots, and anyone curious about our past. Through recorded oral histories with long-time residents and community events like Light Up The Parks, we keep that history alive and close to home. Visit us at 508 W High St in Lawrenceburg, become a member, or reach out with a research question.
